I’m VP Operations at Knovik and Global HR Practitioner & Recruiter for Europe. I’ve placed 100+ tech professionals from South Asia into roles with European companies over the past two years, as both direct hires and through HR consulting engagements — talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, employer positioning, and the practical realities of cross-border hiring: visa pathways, remote-work structuring, cultural onboarding.

At Knovik, I use our own tools in that work: EdgeTal, the recruitment AI product I help build from the practitioner side. The engineering team handles the architecture; I handle what actually matters to a recruiter using it day to day — does it find the right candidates, does it respect their data, does it save real time.

Entrepreneurship Vision

I’m founder of AIHR, an AI-HR venture still at concept stage. It grows out of the same question I ask every day at Knovik: what does a recruiter actually need from AI, versus what gets built because it’s technically possible. AIHR is where that question becomes its own thing, separate from Knovik.

My vision is engineering-first hiring, built beyond traditional ATS systems and keyword-matched CVs — recruitment needs AI that reasons the way a person does. I work with AI for HR applications, and AIHR is where I apply that responsibly.
